Look up a creator
Type the handle without @, or paste their profile link. Add the fee they quoted to see cost per view and a verdict. The creator is saved to the shortlist.
Before you book a creator
Estimates what a new creator would deliver, based on how creators of the same tier in your shortlist perform. Useful for YouTube, Moj or any creator you can't look up.
Upload a creator sheet
Any Excel or CSV file works: a full sheet, a half-filled one, or just a list of creators. Every Instagram handle or profile link is looked up, and only the empty cells are filled. Whatever is already in your file stays as it is.
Instagram only finds creators by their exact handle (like itss.vanshikaaa) or profile link, not by display name. Rows with only a display name are added so you can fill them in.
Shortlist
Your team's columns, in the same order as your sheet. Followers, views, comments and likes come from Instagram; ER%, Engagement, CPV and CPE are calculated from the Fee. Click a name to fill in the other columns. Scroll sideways to see everything.
Estimated cost per view
Add a creator manually
For YouTube, Moj, Stories or anyone whose numbers you already have. Type averages from their recent posts.
Paste creators from Excel or Google Sheets
Copy rows straight from your team sheet, columns Category to 1 Month Ad Rights, plus Fee as the 22nd column if you have it. A header row is skipped. Instagram handles can then be refreshed with live numbers.
Competitor brands
Each creator's last 25 captions are checked for these brands (names, @handles and hashtags), and for posts marked as ads or collabs. Separate brands with commas. After changing the list, press Refresh all from Instagram to check again.
Campaign details
Add a campaign post
For an Instagram post or Reel, paste the link and views, likes and comments are fetched for you. For YouTube, Moj or Stories, type the views, likes and comments from the creator's insights.
Campaign posts
Edit any number in the table and it saves automatically. Rebook, Watch and Review compare each post's CPV and engagement with the campaign median.
Paste campaign posts from Excel or Google Sheets
Copy cells in this order: Creator, Platform, Post link, Fee, Views, Likes, Comments. A header row is skipped. For Instagram links, press Refresh afterwards to fetch live numbers.
Update for your manager
Paste it into WhatsApp, Slack or email. It updates whenever the numbers change.
All metrics
Shortlist values use creators with a fee. Campaign values use every tracked post.
How the numbers are worked out
- Engagement
- likes + comments
- ER (followers)
- avg engagements ÷ followers × 100
- ER (views)
- engagements ÷ views × 100
- CPV
- fee ÷ views
- CPE
- fee ÷ engagements
- CPM
- fee ÷ views × 1,000
- CPR
- fee ÷ average reach
- Avg CPV / CPE / CPR
- average of each creator’s value
- Blended CPV / CPR
- total fees ÷ total views (or reach)
- Cost per 1K followers
- fee ÷ followers × 1,000
- ER (reach)
- engagements ÷ reach × 100
- Reach rate
- reach ÷ followers × 100
- View rate
- avg views ÷ followers × 100
- Budget used
- spend ÷ budget × 100
Average Reach is not public on Instagram. When the team hasn’t entered it from the creator’s insights, it is estimated as 80% of average views (or a typical reach rate for the tier), so CPR is an estimate too.
| Tier | Followers | Strong ER | Okay ER |

Benchmarks are common rules of thumb for Instagram. Looked-up creators use their last 12 posts; only Reels and videos have views. Verdicts compare creators with each other, so they work for any brand's budget.
Team members
Everyone who has signed in, with a link to their own sheet. Blocking someone stops them from using My Creator Desk; their sheet is kept.
